Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has issued the admit cards for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) 2026, conducted for Class 6 admissions for the 2026–27 academic year in all Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas. The examination for summer-bound regions is scheduled to take place nationwide on 13 December 2025 at the centers assigned by the Samiti. Eligible students can download their admit cards from 17 November 2025 onwards by visiting the official JNVST portal at navodaya.gov.in.

The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti will make the admit cards available for download starting 17 November 2025. Students or parents can obtain the JNVST admit card from the official portal, www.navodaya.gov.in, without any charges. To access it, they simply need to log in using the student’s Registration Number and Date of Birth before the examination.

The selection test will run for two hours, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and will consist of three objective-type sections. In total, the paper includes 80 questions carrying 100 marks.

Each candidate will receive one combined test booklet containing all sections.
Students under the Divyang (differently-abled) category are eligible for an additional 40 minutes to complete the examination.

Every correct response will earn 1.25 marks, and there is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
